Daily wins are the key to success. Build your Star Score from your healthy habits, collect trophies for your achievements (and enjoy the street cred from your peers). The maximum points that can be earned through activity is 140 points per day.
Now for the fun part! You’ll earn Stars (building up your Star Score) for activity within the program. Earn Stars for daily activities such as completing your Daily Cards, doing healthy things and being active, tracking your healthy habits, and participating in challenges. We’ll celebrate your success by giving you Stars and trophies for the healthy things you learn and do with Virgin Pulse. Earn Stars for taking steps, tracking things like sleep and weight, joining competitions, completing your Daily Cards and more. Your mission every month is 10,000 Stars—think you can beat it?
Challenges are an exciting way to team up with and compete against your colleagues in a virtual race. It’s a great way to get inspired and log tons of fun exercise with your peers. Join the company competition, recruit a team, push yourself and see if your team can rack up the most steps or the highest score!
Every day, new Daily Cards will appear on your homepage. Daily Cards offer mini-challenges, healthy activities, delicious recipes, fun facts (and a few surprises!). Plus, you’ll add to your Star Score with every completed card. Your Daily Cards are selected for you based on your interests, and we’ll serve up a new set everyday. Which means: their time is limited, and they expire at midnight. Don’t miss a single one!
Track your sleep, track your calories, track how many fruits and vegetables you eat — track all the healthy things you do! Set targets for yourself and keep an eye on your progress—the goal is to be just little bit better today than you were yesterday. And don’t forget: you’ll earn Stars for tracking every day!
